Finance Committee/Selectmen’s Meeting
February 26, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Attendance:
Present: Margaret McClellan, Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steve Della Guistina, James Demming, Ralph Ledger, Ted Locke, and Mira Munson. Margaret passed out copies to each member of all budgets turned in to date.
Expenses YTD were also passed out to the group.
Wayne was not able to be present to discuss his budget as of long hours worked due to storms. The committee and selectmen proceeded to review the Highway Dept. budget. Steve agreed to discuss any questions we had with Wayne and bring the answers back to our next meeting. Steve made a list of questions. The group also requested a work plan including dirt roads.
Our next meeting was scheduled for March 19, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. Wayne, Bob and Eric III were to be present to answer questions on their budgets.
March 26, 2007 was scheduled for a discussion of salaries and the capital budget.
Margaret was reminded that we needed a salary sheet and insurance numbers for 2007-2008.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
